Oliver Nasilia is looking for a school that will showcase his ability

O'FALLON, Ill.Oliver Nasilai is a 2018 linebacker out of Springdale (Ark.) Har-Ber with offers from Air Force, BYU and Central Arkansas. He is also hearing from Arkansas, Memphis and Oklahoma State among others. He is a three-star linebacker who wants to showcase his skills and that is what he is looking for in a school.

IN HIS OWN WORDS: "I am open to everyone right now," said Nasilia. "I am still looking at everything and everyone. I am just searching for the perfect fit for me as a player and as a person. I want to play for a school who will put me on a big stage and showcase my ability."

BYU: "I am mormon, so I know a know some things about them. I also used to live in Utah, so that helps and I have been there. I have been on the campus and it is nice there. It is a good fit, but at the same time I will not be going there just because I am mormon. I want to find the best fit for school and football. It is a nice school and one I like."

ARKANSAS: "I will be at Arkansas June 2. If I got that offer it would be big for me. It is a top school and I have been there for a lot of games. I like the SEC, so that is big and I think my style of play could fit there."

OKLAHOMA STATE: "I think the camp at Oklahoma State I will be at is June 6. It would be great to play in their scheme against more spread offenses and show my ability to not only stop the run, but also to play in coverage. I was out there for their last home game and I was there for a Junior Day. It is a great place and I like the coaches there."

WANTING OFFERS: "I just want as many offers as I can get. I want to see my options because the more I have, the better chance I have of finding the perfect fit. I have no leaders right now. I am just working to get more offers."

RIVALS REACTION: He is from Utah, he has a BYU offer and he is mormon, so most feel the Cougars have the advantage. Nasildia was adamant that is not accurate. He likes the SEC a lot and with Arkansas being the in-state school, that would be a big offer. He would like to commit late in the year, so he is nowhere near a decision. Too early to tell who leads, but it may be a clearer picture at the end of the summer.
