OLB Green drawing offers and visitors

North Chicago (Ill.) junior outside linebacker prospect Kevin Green (6-foot-2, 213 pounds) has continued to draw plenty of in school visitors so far during the May evaluation period. Green also landed two additional offers today according to North Chicago head coach Mike Grenda.
"Kevin received offers this morning from both Navy and Ball State," North Chicago head coach Mike Grenda said. "Both Notre Dame and Northern Illinois are set to make in school visits today. Yesterday we had Wisconsin, Louisville and Central Michigan here."

Green, who now has early offers from Ball State, Navy, Minnesota, Purdue and Bowling Green is excited about the interest he's been drawing recently from a few Big Ten suitors.
"Ohio State and Iowa seem very interested according to my head coach (Mike Grenda). The coaches from both schools had some good things to say about me when they made in school visits. The Ohio State coaches really liked my junior tape, and they don't recruit outside of Ohio very often. They mentioned to my coach that I'm one of the linebackers they are looking very hard at this spring. Iowa also mentioned to my coach that they are very interested and that they really want me to camp at Iowa this summer."
Green is getting ready for this Saturday's Nike Camp in Ann Arbor.
"I'm really excited about the Nike Camp on Saturday. I'm actually heading to Ann Arbor on Friday for an unofficial visit just to check out the campus and the facilities, then I'll hit the Nike Camp on Saturday. I'm really looking forward to seeing how well I measure up to the other great prospects on Saturday."
Green has also been struggling with his summer camp plans.
"It's really hard for me right now to sort things out camp-wise. I'm going to hopefully have a better idea about what camps I'll attend by the end of May."
