OL Waiting On Other Offers

Year after year, Oradell (N.J.) Bergen Catholic produces some of the top talent in the state of New Jersey and 2002 is no different. Mark Ciavirella, a standout offensive lineman, has one offer to date with other college recruiters ready to follow suit.
"I have an offer from Vanderbilt right now. I hope as we get into the new season other schools will offer."

Other schools of interest to Mark are Rutgers, Maryland, Boston College, Syracuse and Indiana.
"Those schools have shown interest, but I don't have an offer from any of them yet. I'm hoping a great senior year will change that."
The 6-foot-4, 270-pound offensive tackle is extremely strong with a bench press of 415 pounds and has the body to put on good weight at the next level. He would like to make a decision on a school well before the signing date in February of 2003.
"I'm hoping the others schools offer me during the season so I can make a choice. I would like to decide as soon as possible."
