OL Richardson drawing national visitors

Wheaton South offensive tackle prospect Dace Richardson (6-foot-6, 300 pounds) has landed his 17th scholarship offer this week, and Richardson has also been drawing a list of impressive visiting college coaches from across the country.
“So far this week we've had UCLA, Michigan State, Nebraska, Miami (Fla.), USC, Kansas State and Iowa in school," Dace Richardson said. “On Thursday LSU will be making an in school visit, and on Friday Oklahoma will be in school as well."

Richardson has landed his 17th scholarship offer this week from the University of Kansas. "Kansas sent me the official scholarship in the mail on Wednesday, and I'm also starting to get some hand-written mail from the University of Florida."
Richardson's phone has also been busy so far during the May evaluation period. "I've gotten a lot of calls over the last few days. Iowa, Michigan, Michigan State, Tennessee and Northwestern are some of the schools that have called. It's been sort of hectic, and those are just some of the schools that I've been able to talk to on the phone over the last few days."
Could national co-champions USC be the next to offer Richardson? "According to my head coach (Ron Muhitch) Lane Kiffin from USC was able to watch my junior tape, and Coach Kiffin told my coach that he was very impressed with my tape, and that he was going to pass my tape along to the offensive line coach at USC. I am definitely be interest in USC."
Dace Richardson currently has scholarship offers from Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, Iowa State, Louisville, Kentucky, Northwestern, Purdue, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Michigan State, UCLA, Notre Dame, Boston College and Tennessee.
