OL Pipho enjoys Badgers win

Laporte City, Iowa three star ranked offensive line prospect Matt Pipho (6-foot-7, 255 pounds) was able to make an unofficial visit last Saturday to the University of Wisconsin.
“I went up to Madison and checked out the Illinois/Wisconsin game on Saturday," Matt Pipho said. “I really enjoyed my visit to Wisconsin and to Camp Randall stadium."

"Wisconsin really has a nice stadium, and they have put a lot of money into Camp Randall. I was able to get on the sidelines for the pregame warm-up, and that was pretty cool. The fans at Wisconsin are really into the game, and they are a lot of fun. I also was able to talk with the Wisconsin coaches after the game. They have just received my senior tape, and they said that they will check it out this week. The coaches at Wisconsin seem very interested in recruiting me."
Pipho is also in the process of trying to set some official visit dates, but that will be a struggle for Pipho this winter.
"I play basketball in the winter, and it's just hard to try and schedule official visits between basketball practices and games. I'm just going to sit down in the next few weeks and try to sort some dates out."
Pipho, who has been drawing calls from several schools this fall, hasn't changed much when naming his favorite schools.
"I still like Stanford, Iowa State, Iowa, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Those are my favorites at this point."
