OL Moosman enjoys Iowa camp

Libertyville, Ill. offensive line prospect David Moosman (6-foot-5, 270 pounds) made the first of two scheduled camp visits this summer, and Moosman's first stop was on Saturday at the University of Iowa camp.
“It felt really, really good to put the pads and and to be able to hit somebody," David Moosman said. “Overall I was pretty impressed with the Iowa camp. I was really impressed with the level of competition at the Senior Camp, and I was able to work up a sweat and I was able to hit somebody. It was a very good camp experience at Iowa."

"I was able to see a lot of the kids that you read about, and I also met several players from Illinois. The Iowa camp was my first padded camp this year, so it took me a little while to get back into the flow, but after a few reps it all came back to me."
Moosman will also be camping this coming Thursday at the University of Wisconsin. "I'm headed to Wisconsin on Thursday for a one-day camp, then in mid-July I'll start my team camp. As far as more college camps, I might go to one or two more, but I'm still sorting that out. I really want to put all of my focus on getting ready for my senior season, and I want to work hard with my team this summer."
David Moosman has scholarship offers from UCLA, Minnesota, Michigan, Iowa, Wisconsin, Arizona, Illinois, Michigan State, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Kansas and Boston College.
