OL Davis has offer and favorite

Piqua, Ohio, offensive lineman Ben Davis paved the way for many of Ohio State commitment Brandon Saine's 1200 plus yards last season. Davis played left tackle after playing right tackle his sophomore year.
The 6-foot-3 and 255-pound Davis is versatile enough to play guard or tackle in college and says recruiters have mentioned both positions.

"I have an offer from Eastern Michigan," Davis said. "Toledo, Akron, West Virginia, Maryland, and Ohio University are the other schools I'm looking at."
When asked who his favorite school is, Davis said, "Out of any school it would be Oregon. But out of the schools I mentioned it would be Eastern Michigan.
"I'm going to try and get up to Eastern Michigan this summer. I talked to them on the phone and their recruiter has been in our school. They've really been staying in contact."
Eastern Michigan is not the only school Davis will visit during the summer.
"I'm going to Ohio State's camp Saturday," he said. "Then I go to Toledo on Sunday. I have Ball State June 9 and Cincinnati June 11."
