OL closer to naming favorites

Dominic Fredrickson will not name any frontrunners yet but a list of top programs could emerge over the summer after the three-star offensive lineman takes more visits.
The Oakley (Calif.) Freedom offensive guard is planning plenty of camp stops and unofficial visits and after those trips Fredrickson should be ready to release some leaders.

"I'm really going to about three camps," Fredrickson said.
"I'm going to Boise State in the second week of June and we're also going to visit Arizona and Arizona State and I'm going to do the ASU camp. After that we're going to plan it out and try to get to Oregon and possibly do the camp. In July we plan on visiting Washington State as well.
"As far as favorites, I can't really say because I haven't visited the schools. After July I will probably be able to come out with a top three or five of the schools I'm really considering."
So far, the 6-foot-2, 315-pound prospect who looked good at the RCS Northern California has been offered by Arizona State, Cal, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, UCLA and Washington.
Fredrickson said a handful of programs have already stopped by the school in recent weeks and with spring workouts starting this week he thinks even more could show up. That means other offers could be on the way.
"A couple colleges came by mostly Pac-12 and Mountain West," Fredrickson said. "Washington and Utah came by and a couple others like USC. We start spring ball this week so I think a bunch of other schools will come by as well.
"A lot of schools are saying if I get to camp that will increase my chance of getting an offer. A lot of them are saying it's close but they really want to see me in person."
