Oklahoma recruit will move north

Although Mark Brown didn’t play high school football this year he was still a sought after recruit. Going into last weekend there were some big name schools trying to get him visit.
“He cancelled a visit that Oklahoma was trying to get him to take,” said Antwain Jimmerson, the head coach at Booker T. Washington. “Colorado was also trying to get him in for a visit.”

Instead the 6-3, 180, cornerback is headed to Kansas.
“Bill Young and Mark Mangino did a great job of recruiting him,” Jimmerson said. “He had an outstanding visit to Kansas and that’s where he’s going.”
