Oklahoma OL focused on five

Midwest City (Okla.) Carl Albert offensive lineman Dain Wise has five schools he is focused on the most right now.
“Nothing has really changed,” the 6-foot-4, 270-pound Wise said. “I’m still getting quite a bit of mail. I have kind of a top five list of schools right now, but I’m not ruling anyone out, really.”

Wise’s list of five schools includes Kansas State, Missouri, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma and Notre Dame.
“I really don’t have a favorite school right now,” he said. “I am trying to be open about it right now. I’m looking for whatever is the best fit for me.”
Wise has attended three summer camps in the past month.
“I went to camps at at Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Kansas State. All three were the main camps they had. At Oklahoma, we worked a lot of technique. It was really good. At Oklahoma State, I enjoyed my time there seeing things and meeting people. At Kansas State’s camp, I was only there for one day, but I enjoyed it. I had been there for their spring game earlier this year, too.”
Wise has scholarship offers from Kansas State, Missouri and Oklahoma State among his favorites, but expects the other two to offer before long.
“I don’t have an offer from Oklahoma or Notre Dame. They’ve talked about it, but nothing yet. I’ll know from Oklahoma by August, though. There are some things to sort out there and they’ll let me know.”
Wise doesn’t have a deadline set for making a decision.
“It’d be nice if I could have it out of the way, but I’m not going to rush it. I want to make the right decision.”
