Oklahoma LB working hard to get back

A knee injury and unfortunate timing for surgery has hindered Logan Brosky’s recruiting prospects.
“I went to camp at Oklahoma,” Brosky said. “It was just 3 weeks after my knee surgery and I ran an embarrassing 5.20 40-yard. I’m working on my speed and slowly getting my 40-time back down but Division-I coaches live by the clock.”

Logan did clock a 4.55 shuttle time at the OU camp.
“I would really like to play for Oklahoma,” Brosky said. “I enjoyed their camp and I think Brent Venables is the best linebackers coach in the world I learn something from him every time I visit with him.”
At 6-foot-3, 210-pounds, the Pryor, Okla. linebacker recorded 137 tackles – 75 solo and over 20 for a loss - and one interception last season.
He is receiving interest from Missouri, Oklahoma State and Arkansas.
“I’ve also talked a lot with Coach Patterson at Northeastern Oklahoma Junior College,” Brosky said. “He said that I remind him a lot of Rocky Calmus.”
In the off-season, Brosky wrestles in order to work on his open-field tackling.
He plans to major in psychology and hopes to coach at the college level some day, but he also has a strong interest in history.
“My dream job would be to be a curator of a museum in Italy – just spending my time studying history.”
