Oklahoma LB talking about visits

Tulsa (Okla.) East Central linebacker Popsey Floyd continues to receive more interest from schools as he nears scheduling his official visits.
“I am getting more attention from Oklahoma State now than I had before,” the 6-foot, 222-pound Floyd said. “Texas A&M has been to the school to see me practice. Arkansas has expressed more interest all the time and Oklahoma has stayed in touch too.”

Despite the interest from the schools, none of them have stepped forward with an offer like the three earlier schools had.
“I still have the offers from Oklahoma State, Tulsa and Kansas State. Those are the only three. Arkansas wants me to come see them play in a couple weeks on an unofficial visit. If I like it then, I might try and set up an official visit with them. They mentioned maybe coming back the next weekend. We’ll see how it all goes.
“I’m talking to Kansas State about setting up a visit. I need to find a weekend that works for me and my working schedule. We’ll get a date set that works for them and for me.”
Floyd has recorded 63 tackles and 10 quarterback sacks on the season.
“I think I’m playing well,” he said. “I’m not satisfied. I want to keep getting better and improving.”
