Last season, the 6-foot-2, 241-pound Zaslaw recorded 121 tackles and two quarterback sacks. Numbers like that make him eager to get back on the field again this fall.
"The season is getting closer," Zaslaw said. "I feel I'm ready to get back on the field and show I can do it again."
Zaslaw continues to list four schools among the ones he is watching.
"I like Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Miami and LSU," Zaslaw said. "I've got a visit set up at Texas A&M for their game against Virginia Tech. I plan to visit the other three schools too."
Zaslaw has been to two camps this summer already in an effort learn more about the schools he's keeping an eye on and to meet some of the coaches.
"I went to Texas A&M's camp," Zaslaw said. "I had a good time and got to learn more about the school. I set the visit up when I was there. I also was at the Miami camp. I was a little injured while I was there so I couldn't work out for them. But I was down there for a day and got to see some of it."
