Oklahoma DL has solid offers
Beggs, Okla., defensive end Charles Walker said he some impressive scholarship offers, but he’s also excited about a new potential one that could come.
"I talked with coach Shipp at OU tonight," Walker, who is a 6-foot-2, 267-pound strongside defensive end, said.

"He said they're about to offer me and that I should check my mail box here in a few days. I think that was a big hint that they are sending me an offer."
And if it is?
"I don't know," Walker said. "I've always like OU, but I also have a few good offers from other teams."
Other teams like Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma State, Kansas and Kansas State. Walker is in talks with coaches at Missouri and Arkansas for official visit dates, but those might have to wait.
"We're already the district champs," Walker said. "We're hoping to go deep into the playoffs, so that might mean I'll have to wait on my visits."
Walker had 15 tackles, two sacks and returned a fumble recovery 20 yards last week in a victory. He is a three-star prospect and ranked as the No. 32 strongside defensive end.
