Oklahoma DB announces top school
Jenks, Okla. cornerback Jason Carter has changed the top school on his list. "I'm not favoring Oklahoma anymore. They are second on the list."
"Tennessee is the top school now," Carter said. "With the crowd they have every week at every game. I just really like it."

"Oklahoma is a close number two on the list. I've always liked them. The plus for OU is that it would be close to home and my friends will all be there."
Carter has scholarship offers from Tennessee, Oklahoma, Miami, Texas A&M, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado, Colorado, and Nebraska.
