Oklahoma DB adds Pac-10 offer

The second written offer is in the books for Midwest City (Okla.) defensive back LaRon Moore who has added to his first from Oklahoma State.
From a distance, Stanford became the second team to offer the 5-foot-9, 179-pound cornerback and Moore says he has verbal offers from Notre Dame, Nebraska, Kansas, and Wyoming. However, Moore isn't counting anything until it's on paper.

"I've got a lot of people saying that an offer is coming but it's not good to me unless it's in writing," Moore said. "Some of the schools will probably offer if I come up to their summer camp. That's what happened to my teammate Bradley Dedeaux when he went to the Oklahoma State camp."
"He showed up, did really well, and it was there for him."
Considering Moore is determined to see some of those verbal offers turn to written ones, his visit schedule takes a new level of importance. However, this prospect is taking his time before rushing into anything.
"We're still trying to see who recruits me the hardest and where I'll best fit in," Moore said. "I know I want to see Stanford for sure. As for camps, LSU, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Texas are all possibilities."
Iowa State and Baylor have also expressed interest in offering Moore. There will be plenty of time for numerous others because this will not be a quick decision.
"I really want to see who all comes after me," he said. "Another school could come at me if I'm already committed and I'm a man of my word and do not like going back on what I've already said I would do."
