Okam lines up visit No. 2

Richardson (Texas) Lake Highlands defensive tackle Franklin Okam has had an official visit to Oklahoma lined up for several weeks now, and he has just set up an official visit with the Sooners biggest rival.
“I’m going to go ahead and go to Texas the weekend of December 12,” Okam said on Sunday night. “I’ve got Oklahoma for December 19th, so that’s two of them set up and out of the way. I've known about the Oklahoma trip for a while, so it was exciting to go ahead and get things worked out with Texas.”

After that, expect Okam to set up visits to Texas A&M and Oklahoma State.
“Those would be good bets, but I’m not 100 percent sure about those yet,” Okam, who was more reserved in this conversation than in the past, said. “I’ll just have to check and see how things work out.”
Okam, a five-star prospect ranked as the nation’s No. 2 defensive tackle by Rivals.com, said. He also mentioned Florida, Florida State, Notre Dame and Stanford as potential other teams that could get the fourth or fifth official visit.
Arkansas was not mentioned by Okam in this update.
