Ohio WR picks Purdue
Wide receivers love to look for teams that throw the football and what better fit than Purdue in the Big Ten? That's exactly what this three-star wideout thought.
"I committed yesterday to Purdue," said 6-foot-4, 190-pounder wideout Greg Orton from Huber Heights (Ohio) Wayne. "I visited a few weekends ago and liked it a lot. I felt very comfortable there and thought it was time to commit."

Orton chose Purdue over offers from Pitt, Michigan State, Virginia, Wisconsin and others.
"They throw the ball a ton and I liked the atmosphere and coaches when I visited," he said. "They're the hot team in the Big Ten and I could play early there. I love the five wideout sets they run."
Orton's team is 3-1 so far this season and he estimates he has 22 catches for 300-plus yards and two scores. He was recruited by coach Legg from Purdue.
