Ohio RB Ramsey names leader

Columbus (Ohio) Independence running back Jacob Ramsey is drawing interest from many Big Ten and MAC schools and some have offered a scholarship.
"I went to quite a few camps," Ramsey said. "West Virginia, Cincinnati, Michigan, Ohio State, Ohio, and Miami of Ohio.

"Right now I like Minnesota, Penn State, Wisconsin, Ohio State, Virginia Tech, Michigan, Iowa, and Cincinnati.
"Cincinnati, Miami of Ohio, Ohio, Kent State, and Eastern Michigan have offered.
"At the top of my list right now is Cincinnati. It's not that far away and my family could see me play down there. But I'm not close to committing right now.
"Most schools are recruiting me as a running back, but some say athlete or linebacker."
The 5-foot-11 and 205 pound Ramsey missed his entire junior season with a broken ankle. However he is healthy once again. A good senior season on the field as well as a passing score on the ACT could net Ramsey some Big Ten offers.
