Ohio QB Kirbus thinking big

Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius quarterback Rudy Kirbus hasn't nailed down his official visits yet, but he is talking about taking trips to some big-time programs.
"I'm talking about scheduling some visits," Kirbus said. "I'm talking about Tennessee, Kentucky, and LSU. I'm trying to match my visits with my basketball schedule."

Trying to work around his hoops schedule may mean Kirbus has to wait till after signing day to take a visit or two.
"LSU could be Jan. 21," Kirbus said. "I could visit Kentucky after signing day. Tennessee has talked about a couple dates, but we haven't hammered it out."
"Miami would be a fallback."
The 6-foot-4 and 210 pound Kirbus completed 61% of his passes for 2000 yards during his senior season. He connected for 19 touchdowns with 11 interceptions.
Kirbus is the No. 35 prospect in the state of Ohio in the Rivals.com player rankings.
