Ohio OL to visit NC State, USF

One of Ohio's top offensive linemen will be visiting NC State and South Florida in July.
Joseph Spencer, a 6-foot-4, 270-pound offensive guard from Mason, Ohio, has received offers from the Wolfpack and Bulls in addition to Cincinnati and just about every school in the MAC.

He confirmed those July visit plans with Rivals.com on Tuesday evening and said he's excited about making it out to both schools.
"I'll be going down to those camps so that will be big for me," Spencer said.
Spencer recently camped at Virginia Tech and received some good feedback from the Hokies.
"I was at Virginia Tech two weeks ago and I felt like that went really well. They said I played really well and they were very impressed. They're going through all their camps before they (extend) new offers. I was really impressed with the campus there and all the coaches. It was my first time with them. I had a good time there."
More recently he was at Northwestern, a school he's much more familiar with.
"I was at Northwestern last week and that was probably my fourth or fifth time there.
"It's kind of the same deal with them. They're going through their camps. I talked to them Saturday about where they stand. I played pretty well there."
Spencer said he will be at Illinois on Thursday and Ohio State on Saturday, though it's not quite as clear where those schools stand on him yet.
