Ohio OL makes up his mind

Springfield (Ohio) North two-star offensive tackle Kevin Mahoney has made up his mind. And he’s going to stay in-state with his decision.
“I’m committed to Bowling Green,” Mahoney, who is 6-foot-6 and 287 pounds, said. “It’s a great school close to home, and it’s a great fit.”

Mahoney picked Bowling Green over offers from Ball State and Toledo. He will visit Bowling Green on December 3. Notre Dame, Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State were showing early interest in him.
At the Columbus NIKE Training Camp, Mahoney put up 20 repetitions of 185 pounds and clocked a 4.87-second time in the shuttle.
