"Kent State, Cincinnati, and Miami of Ohio have offered me a scholarship."
"I like Penn State best, but I don't have an offer from them. If not Penn State, then Cincinnati. But I want to go to Penn State."
The 6-foot-4 and 295 pound El-Amin, from Cincinnati (Ohio) Purcell-Marian, has been a force the past two seasons at offensive tackle. El-Amin has qualified academically.
