Ohio OL favors Gamecocks

Steven Miller has attracted interest because of his athleticism and quickness on the offensive line. He has two offers thus far and a few other schools have made in-roads with him as well.
"South Carolina is my top choice right now," said Miller. "They have a great coach and the idea of playing in the SEC is great. Behind them is Michigan State, Boston College and West Virginia in that order. They all have good coaching staffs and have a lot of potential as programs. They've all shown interest in me, so I'm open to them."

Miller is a 6-foot-5, 270-pound offensive lineman from Cleveland (Ohio) St. Ignatius and can play either guard or tackle. He runs the 40-yard dash in 5.0 seconds and has good blocking skills. He carries a 3.0 grade point average and his intelligence is evident on the field.
"Miami of Ohio and Cincinnati have both offered me," he said. "They both have good programs. Cincy is one of the best programs in Conference USA and they have a great passing game. The same is true for Miami of Ohio, who has one of the best offenses in the MAC. Both those schools could contend for their conference titles and should be in bowl games.
"I'm looking at them very strongly too, and it means a lot that they're my first two offers."
