Ohio junior DE has five scholarship offers

Cleveland (Ohio) Glenville defensive end Robert Rose already has scholarship offers from two Big Ten and three MAC schools.
"Ohio State offered me on signing day," Rose said. "I went to their junior day. It went well for me. I liked the atmosphere at the (Ohio State-Michigan) basketball game.

"I talked to Jim Tressel and Mel Tucker. They offered me a scholarship again. I said 'thank you,'" Rose said. "But I'm still waiting. I'm going to wait till signing day next year to make my decision."
So what teams interest him?
"I'm interested in a lot of colleges," Rose said. "I'm interested in Iowa, Michigan State, a lot of schools. I'm keeping my options open."
Asked if he has any other visits planned, Rose said, "I have to check with my coach about some other junior days."
The 6-foot-4, 240-pound Rose, one of the Top 10 prospects in the state of Ohio, has been a varsity starter since his freshman year when he attended Cleveland Central Catholic.
