Ohio DL is a solid sleeper

Grove City (Ohio) Central Crossing tight end Shane Usner is a good looking 6-foot-2, 248-pound prospect that could play defensive end, defensive tackle or even tight end on the next level.
"My biggest strength all the way back to second grade is my dad told me not to stop until the whistle blows," Usner said.

"That has really helped me. I don't stop until they blow the whistle. I feel like maybe if I stop and the ball is 20 yards down field there is always that what if. What if I did catch him?"
"I'm not sure if the schools like me at defensive end or defensive tackle. It's defensive line, but it just depends on the school."
Speaking of schools, Usner, who has a 4.8-second time in the 40-yard dash, said he's getting plenty of attention, but he's still searching for his first scholarship offer.
"I'd say predominantly MAC schools are talking to me, and then I've gone on other visits," he said. "I've gone to Cincinnati, West Virginia, Notre Dame and then a couple MAC schools here in Ohio. Then I've also heard from Indiana, Michigan State and Illinois."
"I'd probably have to say Cincinnati, West Virginia, Michigan State, Miami and Ohio are my top teams."
Usner said he's open to looking at schools both close to home and far away. He's just looking for a great education and a good program.
"If I can get a free college education, that's my goal," he said. "I don't care if it's in Nebraska, California or wherever. I just want to play football."
