Ohio DB has two favorites

"Michigan, Ohio State, and Michigan State are the only ones that haven't."

"I think Pitt and Michigan are probably his favorites."
"But I think he'll wait before he decides."
Phillips, a 5-foot-11 and 175 pounder at Warren (Ohio) Harding, has a 3.6 GPA and scored an 18 on the ACT.
Phillips intercepted three passes during his junior season while also starting at quarterback.
