Ohio CB racking up solid offers
One of the better players in the Cleveland area is cornerback Bruce Hampton of University Heights (Ohio) Cleveland Heights. The 5-foot-10 ½, 178-pound cornerbacker has picked up quite a few scholarship offers and has lined up his first official visit.
“I have offers from Indiana, Bowling Green, Stanford, Toledo and Ball State,” Hampton, who clocked in a 4.69-seconds at the Iowa City NIKE Training Camp this past spring, said.

“I have set up a visit with Indiana for December 10. I’m not really sure when I’m going to commit or when other schools are going to get visits.”
Hampton said the biggest thing that will come into his making his decision will be “strong academics.”
With a 3.9 grade-point average and a 23 on the ACT, he wants to go to a school that will offer him the best of both football and academics.
