McDougle, a 6-foot-0 and 230 pounder at East Cleveland (Ohio) Shaw, has run the 40-yard dash in 4.65 seconds. He has a 2.4 GPA.
McDougle ran for 1400 yards during his junior season. He scored 17 times.
