Ogletree to see Florida

Forsyth (Ga.) athlete Tay Ogletree is looking for some attention but not necessarily just anywhere.
The 6-foot, 186-pound talent and the No. 69 overall prospect in the state of Georgia has been told by his mother that she would like him to stay close to home. His home region just happens to hold his top two schools and he's waiting on some love from them.

"Florida and Clemson, those are my main ones," Ogletree said. "They haven't talked about an offer, but Florida keeps telling me to come down and they'll have a surprise for me. I guess that would be an offer, but I don't know."
Ogletree plans to trip to Gainesville to see what that surprise is, but he's not sure of the date.
"I think I'm heading down in September to check it out," Ogletree said. "It would be my first real visit because I've only been to the Georgia camp so far. I grew up watching Florida and Clemson so it's going to be cool to see the campus."
While waiting on his first scholarship, Ogletree is preparing for a big senior season with a team that is bringing back experience.
"I'm playing free safety and running back this fall," he said. "I like running back because I've played it all my life. We've got a lot of seniors coming back so we expect big things."
Tulane and Auburn are also showing interest towards Ogletree.
