OG Cooper had a good visit to UNC

Offensive guard Jonathan Cooper out of Wilmington (N.C.) Hoggard took his first of four consecutive official visits over the weekend. The 6-foot-3, 287-pounder stayed in-state and headed to Chapel Hill.
"He seemed to enjoy the visit," Cooper's father, Michael Cooper said. "He got a chance to speak with Coach Davis who is very nice. He got to meet some of the players and other recruits. It was a wonderful experience for the first time, it was great."

What stood out to Cooper about his visit?
"I know Jonathan really liked the camaraderie of the players on the team," he said. "He likes the sense of family they had up there.
"He was hosted by Cam Holland. He's a fine young man. He liked the coaches a lot too. Coach Davis is a good man, someone he wouldn't mind playing for."
Next up for the three-star prospect is a visit to South Carolina this weekend, followed by trips to Wake Forest on January 25th and North Carolina State on February 1st.
