Officials will be key for Jones-Smith

Jaryd Jones-Smith hasn't made a lot of progress in terms of narrowing his list down so he knows official visits will be crucial in helping him make a decision.
Before he takes his officials the 6-foot-7, 300-pound tackle has some other plans in mind.

"I know I'm going to Arizona and I know I'm going to Central Florida," Jones-Smith said this week.
"I'd like to go to West Virginia, NC State and UConn, but I don't know if I will yet. I'm planning to visit them, though."
Arizona, Pitt, Temple, UCF, Virginia and Villanova are the schools that have offered the massive tackle.
He visited Virginia in March and Pitt last summer. This year he attended junior days at Temple and Penn State.
"I don't know when I'll be making a decision," Jones-Smith said. "But I know I want to take my officials. I'm not sure where I'll be going yet."
Jones-Smith, rated a two-star prospect by Rivals.com, just started picking up offers earlier this year and he said several other schools are expressing interest even though they haven't offered yet.
He said he does not have any favorites and isn't sure when he will come out with a list of preferred schools.
