Officials matter to Likely

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. - With the conclusion of Gridiron Kings, the summer circuit for Belle Glade (Fla.) Glades Central four-star cornerback Will Likely has concluded.
"I am just focused on staying healthy and getting ready for the season," Likely said after the event.

The 5-foot-7, 172-pound defensive back is also working to narrow down his list of numerous options.
"I haven't narrowed down my list at all," Likely said. "I am just going to talk it out with my parents and figure out my five officials. I will just go from there."
At this point, the South Florida defender has an idea of where three of those five official visits will be to.
"Maybe LSU, Stanford, and Wake Forest," Likely said.
All three of those programs stand out to Likely for similar reasons.
"I have been keeping in regular contact with each of them," Likely said. "I think they are all great programs. I just want to go visit their campuses and learn more about them."
Likely, who plans to be a December graduate, doesn't claim a favorite.
"I don't have a leader right now," Likely said. "I plan to take all five of my officials before I make a decision."
Likely was named Florida Player of the Year by Gatorade following his junior season. He makes an impact on offense, defense, and special teams for Glades Central.
