Official visit seals the deal for Aasa

Three star defensive tackle Neli A'asa committed to Utah in the summer. However as the scholarship offers continued to roll in A'asa opened things back up to some extent.
A'asa made an official visit to Michigan State Nov. 18, and had offers to visit from Michigan and others.

However his official visit to Utah has ended the recruiting process.
"I got back from Utah about an hour ago," A'asa said. "It was the best recruiting trip I've been on.
"I got to hang out with the guys on the team. We sat around and had fun. I had fun watching their practices for the Alamo Bowl.
"And I had fun with the other recruits.
"I'm still committed to Utah, for sure."
When asked if he would still visit Michigan or any other school, A'asa said, "I was supposed to, but I don't think I will. I'm done."
The 6-foot-2 and 300 pound A'asa made 75 tackles including seven sacks during his senior season. He is the No. 9 prospect in the state of Michigan in the Rivals.com player rankings.
