"Every offer is still cool," Shanks told Rivals.com. "It's kind of easy right now."

Soon, though, things will probably get a little complicated. And Shanks is well aware of that.
To date, the 6-foot-3, 290-pounder has offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Kentucky, Louisville, South Alabama, and Southern Miss. FSU offered last week; Louisville pulled the trigger Wednesday.
Shanks expects more to come. Soon.
"LSU says they want me," Shanks said.
Shanks claims to have no leader or leaders at the moment, and "probably won't have one until I visit all the ones that have offered me," he said. Thus far, Shanks has taken trips to Auburn and Alabama this year. At each, his enjoyed his visit.
Auburn: "I just like the tradition," Shanks said. "Everyone is all in, as they say there. And it's true. Everyone is a family there. With their facilities, since they're getting everything built right now they say it'll be amazing."
Alabama: "I went to Bama junior day in February. I've been there plenty of times. I like the facilities and all that. And everything is pretty close together. I was mostly with the defensive line coach [Chris Rumph]. I like him. He's humorous. He's pretty cool."
Next up for Shanks?
"Well, I think (March 26) I'm going to Tennessee," Shanks said. "They haven't offered yet, but they say they like my highlight tape. I guess they'll offer me after I come up. I also think I'll go to Arkansas and Georgia."
