Offers start to roll for junior DE Brown

Offers are starting to roll for Charlotte (N.C.) Christian defensive end Kyler Brown. It's no surprise, the 6-foot-5, 215-pounder has already picked up two scholarships to date.
"Duke and East Carolina have offered, more offers are going to come," Christian head coach Jason Estep said. "I think he's the same with Matthias, he's not leaning one way, he's looking at all his opportunities."

Brown is the younger Brown of 2010 Duke commitment Kelby Brown.
Estep went on about his star end.
"He's a special looking kid," he said. "He's very quiet, but his work ethic is off the charts. He's a player that understands his role and doesn't do too much on the field. He plays within himself and plays with his teammates around him. He's a quiet leader that leads by example.
"He battled ankle injuries as a junior, but defensively still had a good year and was a force off the edge. He plays the run really well too."
