Offers spring up for NJs Castillo

Mount Laurel (N.J.) St. Joseph's cornerback Greg Castillo claims three offers. Who has pulled the trigger on offering the 5-foot-10, 158-pounder and are any other schools close to a scholarship?
"I've picked up offers from Ohio, Bowling Green and BYU," he said. "I started getting them last month when I went to BYU for camp. Then the other two came after I went to Ohio State."

Castillo discussed the camps that resulted in offers.
"BYU was a little different," he said. "I had never been to Utah before and didn't know what to expect. It's a nice area and I got to talk to all of the coaches. They were really nice and constructive. They seemed to know what they're doing and I like how the football program is ranked 15th in the nation.
"Ohio State was good too. There was a lot of competition there and I had a good experience. Ohio and Bowling Green actually invited me to camps after that. I went to Ohio and got to see the campus, it was nice. I haven't really gotten to Bowling Green yet though. I think I'm going to try to go sometime later this summer."
Earlier this summer, Castillo stopped by camps at Iowa, Pittsburgh and Villanova.
"All of those schools want to see my first two games before they do anything," he said. "I'm also looking at taking a couple more visits to Purdue and Towson."
At this time, the Garden State prospect doesn't claim a favorite.
"No one really stands out. I'm pretty open right now," he said. "I'm just looking for the location, great academics, a good school and obviously a solid football program. I also want somewhere I'm comfortable. I want to find a comfort zone. It would be nice to stay relatively close to home too."
