Offers pour in at Stephenson

It isn't easy keeping track of the top prospects at Stone Mountain (Ga.) Stephenson.
That's because there are significant new developments every week.
Last Saturday, several Stephenson standouts competed in the Rivals.com/VTO Sports Elite100 Camp in Marietta, Ga. Here's the latest on some of those players.
*Defensive back Kyle Fleetwood is up to nine offers, with Syracuse being the most recent to pull the trigger. Some schools like him at corner; some like him at safety. Fleetwood said he hopes to visit Louisville this weekend. Two weekends ago, he checked out USF. Right now, he's open.
*Strongside defensive end Jarontay Jones, one of the camp's top performers, picked up an offer from North Carolina on Friday. He still has Auburn and Florida on top with Clemson also in the mix. He appears to be leaning toward the Gators at the moment.
*Outside linebacker Raphael Kirby got a UNC offer on Friday and recently picked up another from Nebraska. He visited USF two weeks ago and hopes to visit the Tar Heels next. He also plans to make a second trip to Florida and would like to also make his way to USC at some point. Kirby has 20-plus offers.
*Outside linebacker Darreon Herring has 14 offers, the latest coming last week from North Carolina. He hopes to visit UNC or Wake Forest soon. Herring carries a 3.4 GPA and said academics are his No. 1 priority when picking a college.
*Running back Mike Davis, who committed to Florida on Feb. 19, said he remains "solid" to the Gators. According to Davis, Florida State and South Carolina continue to pursue him. Davis said he has only visited Florida and that isn't likely to change.
*Tight end Joshua Parris now has seven offers. He wants to visit Virginia Tech sometime soon. Parris said he is "close" to committing to the Hokies.
*Receiver Shawn Blaylock claims an offer from Middle Tennessee. He also is hearing from Kentucky, Michigan State and USF.
*Cornerback Kristoff Ricks has no offers yet but is hearing from Buffalo and Connecticut.
*Running back Jameson Russell said he is getting interest from Maryland.
*Running back T.J. Moon has an offer from Memphis and thinks Kentucky may be about to pull the trigger. He said the Wildcats are among several schools that are expected to visit him this spring.
