“Syracuse, Kansas and Baylor all offered me this week right after the Nike camp,” the 6-foot-3, 220-pound Reid said. “Then Georgia offered me too. I’ve been excited about that one coming. And it did.”
Oklahoma State, Florida State, Arizona, Texas A&M, Wisconsin, Arkansas and Nebraska had previously offered scholarships.
Reid mentioned Georgia, Oklahoma State, Florida State, Arkansas and Syracuse when asked for his top five schools.
“It is still very early, I know that. But right now, those schools would make up the top schools on my list.”
Despite the offers rolling in for Reid, don’t expect an early decision.
“I don’t want to rush into a decision. I want to take my time and probably wait until after my senior season to pick a school.”
Reid plans to keep himself busy this summer with various football camps.
“I’m looking at going to the Oklahoma State and Texas A&M camps. I will possibly look at some others too, like maybe Florida State.”
