Offers piling up for Georgia OT

Kennesaw (Ga.) Mountain offensive tackle Jeremy Ciulla has already established himself as one of the nation’s top linemen and it looks like the scholarship offers are just piling up.
“Oklahoma called,” Ciulla said. “I never anticipated that they would call, so I was really excited about that. USC cam by today and said they liked what they saw. And I’ve also gotten new offers from Tennessee, UNC and Arkansas.”

Not bad, considering that Ciulla already had offers from Auburn, Stanford, Georgia Tech, LSU, Central Florida and Middle Tennessee State and Notre Dame. It was the Notre Dame unofficial visit a few weeks back that still has left a lasting impression.
“I went to Notre Dame’s spring game and Coach Willingham spent about an hour talking to my parents before the game,” he said. “He is truly a great man and it would be hard to find somebody better to play for.”
But so would the others, he said.
“I have also talked to Coach Saban at LSU and Coach Fulmer at Tennessee on the phone and I want to check out both of those schools before I make a decision,” Ciulla, who is 6-foot-6 and 275 pounds, said.
“I think I want to get this over with by this summer. I would like to see what Georgia is also going to do, but I think it would be good to have this out of the way by the start of my senior season.”
