The offers are starting to roll in for Daejuan Funderburk. The defensive back from Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate Academy has seven offers and more schools are poised to send Funderburk another offer.
"Most recent offers I have were from Maryland, Marshall, Florida State, Rutgers and Old Dominion," said the 6-foot-1, 180-pound Funderburk. "I also have offers from Georgia Tech and Tennessee.
"I know Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher told me about the facilities and what they are going through," he said. "Old Dominion doesn't really talk to me too much but they just want me to come down and visit. Tennessee, Georgia Tech and Rutgers also want me to come for a visit. They told me that their defensive backfield is where they need some help on defense. I've been getting the most attention from Rutgers, Florida State and Georgia Tech."
