Offers pile up for Pardner

Rochester (N.Y.) Aquinas Institute cornerback Jahmahl Pardner continues to garner scholarships. The 6-foot-1, 179-pounder is up to six verbal offers at this time and camps are on the horizon.
"He's received five or six offers from Akron, Buffalo, Temple, Albany, Bowling Green and Massachusetts," Aquinas Institute head coach Chris Battaglia said. "The bigger schools want him to come to camp and run.

"I know Syracuse wants him to come up and see him run. He's broken the 11 in the 100 meter and is a great high hurdler. It'll be interest to see what he runs compared to other kids. I think he can play on the big level."
So where is he headed?
"I think he's going to Syracuse for camp, camp at Rutgers and then it's either Georgia Tech and Boston College," he said. "I know North Carolina has been contacting him this week."
According to Battaglia, Parner may like a couple schools.
"I think he really likes Temple and Buffalo is really nice too, but all these staffs do a good job."
Battaglia broke down his talented prospect more.
"First of all he flies," he said. "He's very, very fast and has great feet. He's a very physical kid that is only going to get better once he devotes himself to one sport. He plays basketball and runs track right now."
