Offers mount for Imeokparia

Back on the recruiting circuit, Blairstown (N.J.) Blair Academy running back Ed Imeokparia is seeing his recruiting skyrocket. The 5-foot-11, 189-pounder claims four offers at this time.
"I'm more educated on the process than last year and know ahead of time what's going on," he stated. "I picked up my first offer on April 26th from Purdue. That weekend I got offers from Wake Forest, Cincinnati and Boston College.

"There are also a lot of schools expressing interest. Florida State, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Miami, Penn State and a ton of other are talking."
Does Imeokparia have any favorites?
"I'm open right now, but I'm learning more about each of them every day," he said. "All these schools have something that makes them stick out. I'm seeing all the possibilities so that I can make the best decision when the time is right."
Although he has no visits planned at the moment, the Garden State prospect claims he plans to visit most of the schools that offer this summer.
Last weekend, Imeokparia participated in the Nike Camp at Penn State.
"I did pretty well and was told I have good hands and I felt I showed my versatility," he stated. "I know a lot coaches said I passed the eyeball test and I think I showed I'm stronger than last year."
