Offers keep coming for Wright

The stock is rising for St. Petersburg (Fla.) Northeast running back Leon Wright and his offer total has now reached three.
Ball State came through first and now Akron and Delaware has joined the mix. Purdue appears to be close as well. Wright does have a favorite in the bunch.

"I'd have to say Ball State is the top choice right now," Wright said. "It's really the biggest school on my list and they're a top D-I program. I've got a visit set up there for Dec. 9. I'm working on getting some others set."
Wright is playing in the North-South All-Star game and after that, the picture should get clearer with a decision.
"I've got the all-star game in December, so everything else will come after that," Wright said.
Unfortunately, the 5-foot-10, 175-pound prospect did not make the playoffs and it's heartbreaking as Wright says they were close.
"It was a three-way tie for us, so we had to win and another team had to lose," Wright said. "We just missed it. It didn't happen for us all together."
