Offers coming in for Grant

Lauderdale Lakes (Fla.) Boyd Anderson defensive end Patrick Grant has seen his stock rise during the recent weeks.
"Everything is happening so fast," Grant said. "I got two scholarships last week from Indiana and Colorado, then the week before I got an offer from N.C. State.

"Rutgers offered me two days ago."
Currently four schools are recruiting the 6-foot-4, 220-pounder the hardest.
"Right now, the hardest recruiters are N.C. State, Indiana, Colorado and Rutgers," Grant said.
Grant participated in Auburn's prospect camp last weekend.
"I did everything better than the other defensive ends there," he said. "I had one of the fastest 40 times, shuttle times and vertical jumps. I did better than anyone at my position."
Grant will get on an airplane and head north for another camp this weekend.
"I am going to Rutgers camp starting Sunday," he said. "I am leaving on Saturday."
He also hopes to make some unofficial visits later this summer.
"I will most likely take an unofficial visit to Indiana and to Colorado," Grant said.
Grant won't make his decision any time soon.
"My parents want me to take all of my official visits," he said.
While getting ready for the forthcoming season, Grant hopes to change his physical make up a bit.
"A lot of coaches want me to get up to 230 or 235," he said. "So my goal is to gain weight right now."
