Offers come in for Reeves

Atlanta (Ga.) Grady linebacker Mark Reeves recently pulled in his first two offers. The 6-foot-1, 215-pounder believes he is in the verge of more scholarships as he is in the midst of his busy camp season.
"I have offers from Tennessee State and East Carolina," he said. "I actually just got them and I think a few more might be waiting to offer, like Ole Miss."

Reeves recently went to the Ole Miss camp.
"I talked to Coach McGriff and I did well at their camp," said Reeves. "They want to watch me this season and get my film from the first couple games."
Meanwhile, as far as the offers, Reeves gave his take.
"I'm just being patient," he said. "I didn't go to camp at Tennessee State. They called me about three weeks ago and offered me. I did go to East Carolina's camp and did really well. I like East Carolina. I like their facilities and it definitely shocked me that they offered."
Reeves claims no favorites at this time, but he noted more camps are coming.
"I'm going to UAB's camp, I'm going to Dawg Night at Georgia and Appalachian State is starting to reach out," he said.
The Georgia prospect went in-depth on what he wants in his future school.
"I don't want to go anywhere too far," he said. "I want to stay close to home, or at least have that feeling of home. Somewhere I would like is California. I really like California. I'm also looking at academics. I want to major in business. I actually want to get a law degree."
A strong student with a 1490 SAT, Reeves earned All-Region honors as a junior.
