Offer No. 3 comes for Harold

Offer No. 3 has come in for Virginia Beach (Va.) Ocean Lakes defensive end Eli Harold. The 6-foot-4, 215-pounder pulled the latest scholarship from the Big East.
"I got offered by West Virginia yesterday," he said. "I've been there before, it's nice.

"I like that they run the spread offense. I also have a good relationship with Coach Beatty too. He tells you how he feels about you and he coached my cousin T.J. Mitchell at Landstown. I know he really knows what he's doing."
The offer is the third for Harold joining Virginia Tech and Penn State.
While he hasn't tripped to schools this fall yet, the top Virginia prospect is looking to sometime soon.
"I might go to West Virginia for a game or Penn State maybe," he said. "I don't really know right now. I haven't planned anything."
According to Harold, so many schools are showing interest he's lost track of them all.
"I'm getting letters from everyone right now."
Meanwhile, football is going great for Harold as he is excelling at wide receiver.
"I've seen a big improvement in my speed, quickness, strength and everything," he said. "I know I have one sack and about three or four tackles for loss. I also have four touchdowns on offense at wide receiver."
Harold mentioned earlier this week his desire to play wideout at the next level and emphasized that once again.
"I think I can do it," he said. "I'm not thinking as much about defensive end now, I think I can be a wide receiver."
