Offer No. 3 is in for Washington (D.C.) Dunbar wide receiver Daniel Adams. The 6-foot-3, 200-pounder pulled the scholarship from the Big Ten recently.
"I just got offered by Illinois, that's No. 3," he said. "I haven't been down there and I haven't talked to their coaches yet, so I don't know much about them."
Adams holds two other offers from New Mexico and Virginia.

Plenty of other schools want to see more from the D.C. wideout this summer at camp.
"I've been invited to Florida's Friday Night Lights on June 6th," he said. "They are definitely looking at me and think highly of me. They've produced a lot of players and I pan to go down there. Who wouldn't want to play for Florida?
"I'm planning to go to camp at Maryland. I'm interested in getting an offer from them. I may visit Virginia. I'm very interested in them.
"A lot of other schools have invited me for camps, North Carolina, Virginia Tech and West Virginia."
Does Adams like anybody right now?
"Definitely Virginia stands out," he said. "I like Virginia a lot and that's my top. You know it's the coaches and I keep in touch with them. I feel that can be a good place to go and it's close to home. I think I can compete for a spot, a spot early."
A couple weeks back Adams participated and impressed at the Penn State NIKE Camp.
"I was one of the top performers and I did very well," he said. "I balled out and got noticed for that. I think I showed I'm not just a big wide receiver, I have speed and am very physical. I definitely showed I can go up and get the ball."
