McWilliams' addition causes Ray Buchanan Jr. to move to Team West to replace De'Vante Harris. The 6-0, 180-pound cornerback and South Carolina commitment is rated as the No. 28 cornerback in the nation by Rivals.com. McWilliams held offers from Arkansas, Illinois, Michigan State, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Nebraska, NC State, Pittsburgh, Virginia, and Wisconsin among many others.
"McWilliams is an outstanding addition to our roster because he is a tall kid who can run really well and has good cover skills," said Offense-Defense Director of Player Personnel Josh Buchanan, "There is no doubt in my mind he will be another one of those great South Carolina defensive backs."
Flowers, a 6-6, 320-pound offensive tackle headed to Miami has been added to the roster after a tremendous senior season. Rivals.com rates Flowers as the 24th-best offensive tackle and 200th-best prospect in the country.
"Flowers is a guy we really wanted because of his athletic ability and strength," said Buchanan, "I have no doubts he will play on Sundays and prove to be one of the best players in our game."
The 2011 Offense-Defense All-America Game will be played Thursday, Dec. 29 at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
