St. Augustine (Fla.) two-way athlete Tarek Odom is set to make a decision, but it will likely wait until Wednesday. At this time, he has two schools as his main options.
"Wofford and Florida State," Odom said.
He talked a bit about his situation with Wofford.
"Wofford has offered me a scholarship," Odom said. "I visited Wofford this past weekend. It was fun. The players were cool and the coaches were cool. Everyone there made me feel welcomed. It is a small college with small classes."
As for the in-state Seminoles, they aren't looking to bring him in immediately.
"Florida State is offering me a greyshirt," Odom said. "It was a good place when I visited. They have great facilities and the team is obviously good."
Another difference between his two main suitors, the positon the 5-foot-10, 254-pound athlete could end up at.
"Florida State wants me as a fullback," Odom said. "Wofford wants me as a defensive tackle."
"It doesn't make a difference to me," Odom added about his future position.
At this point, Odom didn't claim a leader between the two schools.
